KARST operates as an independent online retailer. The products offered on this website are manufactured, stocked, and in most cases shipped and fulfilled by third-party suppliers and manufacturing partners. We do not produce the products ourselves, and we do not control the facilities, materials, processes, or quality-control procedures used to make them. Order processing, packaging, and delivery may be handled directly by these third parties, and shipping times and handling can vary accordingly.
We are not the manufacturer
KARST is a reseller, not the manufacturer or producer of the products sold on this website. We make no representations or warranties regarding the design, construction, materials, manufacturing, or performance of any product. Products provided "as is"

Filtration, not purification
The product sold by KARST is a personal water filter. It is designed to reduce certain waterborne contaminants — such as bacteria and protozoan parasites — by physical size exclusion as water passes through the filter media. It is not a water purifier and is not represented as making any water source safe to drink. It does not remove viruses, chemicals, heavy metals, salts, or dissolved contaminants, and its performance depends on the source water, proper use, maintenance, and the condition of the filter. Nothing on this website should be read as a promise that filtered water is potable, sterile, or free of illness-causing agents. When in doubt about a water source, do not rely on this product as your only safeguard.
Assumption of risk
